Let steep for 10 minutes. Drink hot, warm, or cold. After tea is brewed, it can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
• 2.5 hours before the deadline test yourself with included 5 Panel Home Test Kit.
  Urinate in a clean, dry, disposable cup. Open the foil pouch along the "notch" Remove the testing device from the foil pouch. (Do not open pouch until you are ready to begin the testing procedure). Remove the protective cap and place the revealed strips into the urine sample for 10 seconds. (Do not allow the urine sample to touch the plastic device.) Read the results after 5 minutes.
